Delivery Terms – Surrey Turf
Fast, fresh turf delivered across Surrey & Hampshire. All turf is cut to order and delivered within 1–3 working days from payment confirmation. The earlier your order is paid, the sooner we can secure your preferred delivery slot.
Delivery Costs
- 80+ rolls: FREE delivery
- 1–79 rolls: £45 delivery
- Local delivery (Hook, Hampshire): £10
Delivery fees apply to both Turf and Clover Turf.
Delivery Timeframe
Turf is delivered in 1–3 working days after full payment is received. Delivery slots are allocated on a first-paid, first-delivered basis.
All turf is cut fresh on the morning of dispatch to ensure the highest possible quality.

How Delivery Works
- Turf is delivered on pallets or individual rolls depending on order size.
- Kerbside delivery is standard for all orders.
- We will place the turf as close as safely possible to your property.
- You do not need to be home if a safe drop location is available.
Fresh Turf Handling
- Turf MUST be laid on the same day it is delivered.
- Store rolls in shade and lightly water until laying.
- Do not leave turf rolled overnight – this causes heat damage.
Missed Delivery or Access Restrictions
If the driver cannot access your site due to blocked entry or unsafe terrain:
- A redelivery charge may apply
- No refunds for perishable turf
