Rye Turf Returns & Quality Policy
Our turf is freshly cut, premium-grade, and delivered for immediate laying. If it does not arrive in 100% perfect condition, we replace or refund without hesitation.
When We Accept Returns
We guarantee 100% healthy, green, fresh rye turf on arrival. Returns or refunds apply if your order arrives:
- Yellowed, dry, or spoiled
- Damaged during transport
- Incorrect to what was ordered
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to ensure freshness verification.
What Cannot Be Returned
- Turf that has been laid or heavily handled after delivery
- Turf left rolled, unwatered, or stored incorrectly
- Claims made after the 24-hour freshness window
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@surreyturf.co.uk within 24 hours
- Include photos of the turf and your order number
- Our team assesses and authorises replacement or refund
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
Faulty or incorrect turf is replaced with fresh-cut rolls at no cost.
Our standard is simple: if it's not perfect, we put it right.
Return Window
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Costs
If the issue is quality-related, Surrey Turf covers all return or replacement costs.
